StudyVector is designed for students aged 13 and above. Users under 13 must have parental or guardian consent to use the platform. If you are under 16, we encourage you to review these Terms with a parent or guardian. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
• Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.
• Submit content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

5. AI-Generated Content

StudyVector uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content including lessons, quiz questions, revision plans, and explanations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You should always verify critical information against your official course materials and textbooks. StudyVector is a revision aid and does not replace qualified teaching.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free accounts have usage limits as described on our pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of purchase for refund requests.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content, design, code, and branding on StudyVector is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Your study data and notes remain yours.

StudyVector provides independent educational explanations aligned with GCSE and A-Level curricula and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam boards including AQA, Edexcel, OCR, Cambridge Assessment, or any other awarding body.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyVector shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Availability & Modifications

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
